National Digital Repository to store, index,
preserve. distribute and share the digital
learning resources developed by the Open and
Distance Learning Institutions in the country.
http://www.sakshat.ac.in Sakshat is a
free Education Portal. The Ministry of Human
Resources Development has designed an
education helpline named 'Sakshat'. It is
perceived to be a single stop education
portal for addressing the needs of students,
scholars, teachers and lifelong learners.
